Codes&Ethics

-The name of the network/website will be Freight Forwarders Family (3F)-

Abidance to the following "Freight Forwarders Family-(FFF or 3F)" code&ethics is obligatory to the professional, efficient & honourable functioning of freight forwarders family. Non-compliance or disregard to the following rules will result in disciplinary action (such as cancellation) :

1) All invoices/accounts between members should be settled within 20 days from the date of invoice. (unless otherwise agreed)

2) 3F members must be able to offer a full range of services including air&sea&land freight.

3) 3F members must respond to all sales lead request and e-mail/faxes/letter communications within 72 hours.

4) Members are to agree to exchange only net/net charges and rates.

5) Handling fee or profit share must be mentioned between members.

6) Members may terminate their membership to 3F at anytime. Fees will not be refunded.

7) 3F owner and general coordinator have the the authority to terminate membership without advice any reason. Fees will not be refunded.

8) 3F coordinator may add to the code of ethics&standards at anytime.

9) In case of any dispute which does not reach mutual agreement within 45 days, all parties will inform 3F coordinator. Each parties will choose 5 members from another countries in 3F members and they will decide a resolution which must be accepted by both parties

10) In case of any dispute when chosen members decide to cancel one of members's membership, fees will not be refunded to the fired member(s).

11) If a member is deemed to have defaulted on a payment to a fellow member, the 3F coordinator reserves the right to notify all members using the any communication system. ( 3F coordinator may publish these company name and details on the 3F website to protect 3F members )

12) 3F are not responsible for its members or websites visitors actions in any files/subjects.

13) 3F can not be held responsible and does not accept any financial liability for commercial and/or financial obligations that are not met by (a) 3F members(s).

14) 3F reserves the right to issue invoice against annual listing/membership and advertising fee payments. Invoice may issue from 3F strategic partner.

15) After applicant's/member's company details listed in 3F according to its instruction, it means that all mentioned codes/ethics/rules/disclaimers are accepted.

16) 3F will not be held for any errors, omissions, misunderstandings or claims arising from any of above mentioned codes&ethics.
